Kristin Fisher was hired by CNN on July 20, 2021. She is CNN's Space and Defense Correspondent. In her new position, she covers everything from NASA and the recently created Space Force, to commercial space firms and the emergence in space travel. Kristin's parents were both NASA astronauts. Kristin spent her childhood in space and has now been an White House reporter for FOX News that covers the Trump and Biden Administrations in space matters. She also covered the 2020 presidential race and the efforts of two administrations to fight the coronavirus. Kristin was on the road extensively, including both the president and vice president. The reporter even took a top-secret trip to Afghanistan together with Donald Trump.
